The winter has returned to the north country.  The solstice has passed us and we will slowly see an increase in daylight hours. We had a decent autumn in Yukon and the fall colours shone through. November and December brought us the dreaded white stuff and started to accumulate on us with a vengeance. Of course  it's now January and the minus temperatures are now a norm.

A warm thank you to all my friends in Hay River for making my visit in August and September such a wonderful time. I look forward to seeing you all again. You can see some of the photos I took in some of the albums or visit me on Facebook.

We finished our third trip to Africa  in mid-April and would like to share some of our photographic experiences with our friends and viewers such as yourselves. Bobo worked in Madagascar so have a boo at the Madagascar section. We've added some photos of our stopover in London as well. Check out his Blog page as well.

We've been residents North of 60 for over forty five years (each of us) and continue to revisit our friends and family in the NWT. We've collected some photographic memorabelia we'd like you to have a look at.

We just celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary at the end of the November.  Relatives and friends old and new are dear to us and we'd like to celebrate our good fortune to be blessed with so many.
